Refund policy

At Café Sotavento, our goal is to provide unique coffee experiences and achieve customer satisfaction. We stand behind our product and desire that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Due to coffee's perishable nature, we're unable to accept returns, or exchanges on any of our coffee products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of your order date to share your feedback.

We will only provide full refunds, or replace orders that have been lost, damaged, or stolen, prior to the arrival at its final destination. Returns will only be accepted upon request of an official return label issued by us. Packages returned without an official return label will not be refunded, nor replaced.
