** Our coffee is roasted to order, every Tuesday and shipped within 48 hours of roasting. We don't maintain roasted coffee inventory to ensure you receive freshly roasted coffee every time. All orders placed after Sunday at 12:00am (midnight) will be roasted the next roast date.
